If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must contact customer service by email help@schoolandsportswear.ie within 9 days of your purchase. Please email us with: Your name, Your order number, The item you wish to exchange, The new size you require. Customer service will respond to your query with instructions on how and where to return items. Please check your spam/junk folder for our return email. You can exchange as many items as you wish within the 9 days of purchase. Please note all packaging and labels should be in the same condition you received them. The garments should also be in a condition that is suitable for re-sale. Exchanges will not be accepted if packaging, labels, and/or garments are not in a suitable condition. Exchange times vary depending on delivery and stock availability. We’ll confirm this information in our return email.

If you wish to receive a refund, you must contact customer service within 7 days of your purchase by email: help@schoolandsportswear.ie Please include the following in your email: Your name, Your order number, The reason you wish to receive a refund. Customer support will reply with instructions on how and where to return your items. Please check your spam/junk folder for our reply. Please note, customers are responsible for the full cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a track-and-trace postal service. Items that go missing in the post are not the responsibility of School & Sports Wear. Once your returned items are received: they will be inspected by our quality control team. A refund will be considered based on: whether garments are faulty, and/or, whether garments are in a suitable condition for re-sale (unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags/packaging intact). If approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds can take between 6-10 days to appear in your bank account (depending on your bank). Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Delivery normally takes between 1–3 working days. During peak times for school uniform sales, delivery can take up to 5 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed (check email spam folder). If you require an order urgently, please contact customer support help@schoolandsportswear.ie and we will do our very best to facilitate this (depends on staff availability). We recommend ordering as early as possible during busy school periods.

We do not have a physical shop. All orders are processed online. We have business offices located in: Dublin 24 & Newbridge, Kildare. For queries on how to try on sizes, or how to know if sizes are small fitting or large fitting – see next section on FAQ below.

We provide school uniforms, sportswear, and workwear. Sizes vary according to the product, see below; School Uniforms - for detailed sizing information on school uniforms, check out the Size Guide listed beside the product in your school Store. Parents often order 1 size up for school uniforms. Unless your child is very tall, there is no need to do this, as our sizes are generous. A quick example, if your son or daughter is 10 years of age, ordering the 10-11 size is the best option. Team wear - we have 2 different size specifications. Choose from either (a) true-to-size, or (b) large fitting. Work wear is generally large fitting.

School and Sports Wear is Ireland’s only school uniform supplier that shares profits with schools. Through our Partner Schools Initiative, schools can turn everyday uniform purchases into real annual funding. Since 2019, we’ve helped schools across Ireland earn money through uniform sales, with returns ranging from €400 to €14,000 per year, depending on the student population and the amount of garments sold. We offer several different options that suit the unique needs of your school. Option 1 - We supply direct to parents through a dedicated online shop for your school – and we share 10% of the profits from uniform sales with your school, every year. This funding is earmarked for the purchase of either (a) sports equipment, or (b) sportswear for school teams. This funding is guaranteed, meaning your school has a budget for (a) or (b) annually. Option 2 - Your school manages uniform sales in-house – we supply uniforms directly to your school at "wholesale prices". Schools adds a marked-up price on every garment (typically €4-€8), and sell direct to parents, resulting in annual profits from uniform sales. This option has the added benefit of saving parents delivery costs, as the process is managed in-house by the school. Some schools in Ireland are generating massive annual profits from this model, ranging from €10,000-€15,000 per year (depends on student population and amount of garments available).
